A White Tiger Constellation

The Hairy Head has seven stars that are very close together. Ancient Chinese Astrologers call it Mao, the constellation, ruled by the Sun. It's astrological symbolism is described thus:
Presages lawsuits and death within the family. The results of misjudged actions heralds unhappiness, when little children will be as close to the grave as old men with long white beards. Marriages contracted today are woeful with separation of the partners.**
Early Arabian Astrologers called the Hairy Head Al Thurayya. Here is their Portent:

In ancient India, Astrologers called the Hairy Head Krittika, and offered the following Portent:
A soft and sharp mansion or asterism belonging to the Brahmin caste and producing mixed effects. Those born on the lunar day will delight in white flowers, perform sacrifice, and will be magicians, metaphysicians, diggers, barbers, potters, priests or astronomers.
